By engaging Edito Studios for any service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Edito Studios provides video editing, motion graphics, 3D animation, and brand visual services as agreed upon in individual project scopes.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. Projects will not be released until payment is received in full.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full rights to the final deliverable. Edito Studios retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after commencement, the deposit is non-refundable. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed proportionally.

Limitation of Liability

Edito Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rajasthan, India.
